Soup: Red lentils and coconut

Quiche:

  1. Roasted leeks, sweet potato and smoked paprika
  2. Goat’s cheese, honey and herb de Provence

Frittata: Smoked salmon, turmeric and potato

SPECIAL: Roasted aubergine with zahatar, pomegranate, walnut and buttermilk

Salads:

  • Pasta with pea, pomegranate mint pesto dressing
  • Cauliflower couscous with lemon tahini sauce
  • Sweet corn, chili, cucumber with lime dressing
