Frittata: Caramelized onions, almonds and potato

  • Roasted courgette with teriaki sauce and sunflower seeds
  • Cucumber, carrot, beansprout, edamame, sweet corn and soya sauce
  • Giant couscous with sundried tomato, basil pesto and tomato
