  1. Merguez and parsley
  2. Minced pork and vegetables

Frittata: Roasted courgette, potato, cheddar and red onions

SPECIAL: Yorkshire burrito pulled pork with red wine reduction. roasted potato, garlic, spinach and horseradish creme fraiche

Salads:

  • Honey roasted carrot with tahini yogurt sauce and sunflower seeds
  • Grated raw courgette  with raspberry dressing and Parmesan
  • Couscous with roasted cauliflower, feta, pomegranate and fresh herbs
  • Slaw
