Quiche:

  1. Courgette and zahatar
  2. Cauliflower, paprika and cheddar

Frittata: Goat’s cheese, ham spinach and potato

Special: Stuffed baked potato with cheddar, sour cream, sun dried tomato and chive

Salads:

  • Tomato and capers
  • Endives with walnut dressing
  • Pearl barley with beans, broccoli, peppers and zahatar
