Quiche: Roasted courgette with almond

Frittata: Chicken, peppers and potato

Special: Vietnamese ”Banh Mi”

=> Homemade bread with chicken pate, marinated pork, Asian ginger pickles with chili and coriander

Salads:

  • Endive with croutons and whole grain mustard dressing with honey
  • Cauliflower couscous with tahini dressing
  • Sea weed salad with guakame, Asian ginger pickles, carrot and bamboo
